美国物理治疗协会(APTA)肿瘤物理治疗学会来自该学会的一个工作组制定了一份《乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的干预措施》的临床实践指南:如果只注意到患者淋巴水肿的早期体征和/或症状等风险，应为患者单独配备压力服，指导运动计划，并提供教育作为一线治疗(A级推荐)，加压服根据个人的淋巴水肿阶段和损伤量身定制(A级推荐)。

      中华护理学会于2021年02月01日发布的《乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿预防和护理》团标指出:高危风险患者的预防措施，采用低延展性的弹力绷带或特定材质及尺寸的弹力袖套，通过产生一定压力梯度促进淋巴液循环，减少淋巴液在组织中聚集，从而有效减轻患肢水肿。

      中国临床医生杂志2021年第49卷第2期中华妇幼保健协会妇科肿瘤防治专业委员会发布《妇科肿瘤治疗后下肢淋巴水肿专家共识》，下肢淋巴水肿是妇科肿瘤患者治疗后发生的一种常见的慢性不可逆转的并发症，具有慢性进展性和难治愈性，严重影响了妇科肿瘤患者的生活质量。据报道，全世界约2000万患者受下肢淋巴水肿影响。妇科肿瘤治疗后下肢淋巴水肿总发生率约25%，在某些特珠群体中可高达70%。下肢淋巴水肿的预防方法主要包括良好的生活方式、佩戴弹力袜、日常皮肤护理等。下肢淋巴水肿的治疗多采用综合疗法，以保守治疗为主，手术治疗为辅。

说明书：

【产品名称】可挤压式四肢压力带

【预期用途】通过捆绑在病人四肢或其他部位上，用于加压包扎、达到消除腔隙、临时止血（非动脉止血）、保护手术切口等的作用。

【规格型号】I型：筒状。

【产品描述】比一般弹性绷带的弹力更高，间接作用于创面，捆绑到病人某个部位，对其施加压缩力，非无菌提供，可重复使用。

【使用方法】

1、带状可挤压四肢压力带：根据需要自行裁剪使用；

2、筒状可挤压力式四肢压力带：将患肢放入可挤压式四肢压力带袖口肥端，缓慢地滑入，确保可挤压式四肢压力带不会扭曲或者过度拉伸；

3、检查在患肢关节处，可挤压式四肢压力带是否平整（关节处是可挤压式四肢压力带最容易扭曲、褶皱的地方，若调整不好，压力分布会减弱及产生不舒适感）；

4、检查在患肢处的可挤压式四肢压力带是否平整，确保可挤压式四肢压力带与使用部位完美贴合。

*注意：穿着时不要将可挤压式四肢压力带肥端口猛劲向上拉，可分段每次向上拉约5公分，直到全部拉完为止。

【注意事项】

1、穿戴可挤压式四肢压力带的时间是早上下床前，因为此时血液循环最通畅，肿胀尚未开始；

2、穿戴可挤压式四肢压力带之前事先抬腿10-15分钟，帮助血液循环；

3、晚上回家休息或睡前，脱下可挤压式四肢压力带后，请将双腿抬高10-15分钟

4、若需要长时间穿着可挤压式四肢压力带者，建议穿着八小时后将可挤式四肢压力带脱下，让身体休息15分钟，并且确定皮肤与循环的状况后再穿上；

5、较为尖锐的指甲或是脚指甲会勾破可挤压式四肢压力带，所以穿戴时要格外小心；

6、避免长时间的站立、坐、或是翘脚，而影响腿部循环；

7、若皮肤有麻木、过敏、颜色改变，请先将可挤压式四肢压力带脱下，尽快就医。

[Intended use] Bound to a patient's limbs orother parts as compression bandage for eliminating lacuna, stopping bleedingtemporarily (non-arterial hemostasis), and protecting surgical incision.

[Specifications]Type I: cylindric.

[Description]Theproduct is more elastic thanordinary elastic bandages. As bound to a part of a patient, it acts ona wound surface indirectly by applying a compression force on it. As a non-sterileproduct, it may be reused.

 [Usage]

1, Banded adjustable compression wrap forlimbs: The product may be tailored to specific needs;

2, Cylindric adjustable compression wrap: Theaffected limb should be slide into the wrap from the large end of cuff slowlyso that the wrap will not be twisted or overstretched;

3. Check the wrap at the joint of theaffected limb for flatness (At the joint, the wrap is most likely to twist or fold, andso, if not adjusted well, its pressure distribution will be weakened, thusmaking the patient feel discomfort);

4. Check the wrap at the affected limb forflatness, so as to make the wrap perfectly fit the corresponding part.

* Note: As wearing the wrap, do not pull up itslarge end hard, but pull up about 5cm each time until it is in place.

 [Notices]

1. Wearthe adjustablecompression wrap before getting out of bed in the morning, because at thistime point, the blood circulation is the smoothest, and swelling has notoccurred;

2. Accelerate the blood circulation bylifting the legs for 10-15 minutes before the adjustable compressionwrapis worn;

3. Lift the legs for 10-15 minutes aftertaking off the wrap at home before resting or going to bed;

4. For long-time wearing, the wrap should betaken off every eight hours for 15 minutes of resting. Confirm the conditionsof skin and circulation before wearing the wrap again;

5. Sharp nails or toenails may hook the wrap,and so, be careful as wearing in this case.

6. Do not stand, sit, or raise your feet fora long time, or the circulation of legs will be affected;

7. If the skin becomes numb, allergic, or discolored,take off the wrap first, and then seek medical attention as soon as possible.
